We strongly encourage those interested in particular lots to contact one of our auction specialists in advance of the sale to obtain an objective, fair and honest condition report on any cars you may have an interest in bidding on. As we are a company built on customer service and return clientele, you can be sure that the car you purchase at our auction is the car described in advance of the sale. Additionally, privacy is paramount and all telephone and absentee bidding is kept in the utmost confidence and is never divulged to either the seller or other potential bidders. | RM Auctions, Inc. provides advance bidder registration for clients wishing to remain confidential or those who wish to avoid on-site lines. This service also allows for discreet verification of payment methods. There is no additional charge for this service. |

| Absentee Bidder Registration |
| Buyers who are unable to attend the sale may submit advance bids by downloading the absentee bidder form below and faxing it to the number listed on the form. It is advisable to send this form one week prior to the auction to allow time to check bank references. Please call 24 hours in advance of the sale to confirm receipt of your absentee bid. An RM Auctions, Inc. representative will bid on your behalf until your bid is sufficient to purchase the lot or your maximum bid is reached. Arrangements must be made to deposit funds in the amount of ten percent (10%) of your maximum bid. In the event that you are unsuccessful, the funds will be returned. Should your bid be successful, these funds will become a non-refundable deposit until full payment is received. Payment by credit card is NOT an available option, except as a deposit until full payment is received. Bids submitted in foreign currency will be converted to US dollars using the rate available on the day of the sale. It is very important for the bidder to list a daytime telephone number in case any part of the bid form is unclear. |

| A limited number of telephone lines are available for buyers who wish to participate in the live auction from a remote location. Telephone bidders should submit a written bid by downloading the telephone bidder form below and faxing it to the number listed on the form. Please call 24 hours in advance of the sale to confirm receipt of your telephone bid. Please provide the telephone number(s) at which you can be reached during the sale. An RM Auctions, Inc. representative will contact you during the auction three to five lots before the lot(s) you wish to bid on and will execute the bidding on your behalf in the auction room. Arrangements must be made to deposit funds in the amount of ten percent (10%) of your maximum bid. In the event that you are unsuccessful, the funds will be returned. Should your bid be successful, these funds will become a non-refundable deposit until full payment is received. | Bank Letter of Guarantee |
| RM Auctions' Bank Letter of Guarantee is a document prepared by your financial institution in advance of an auction. It acts as a guarantee of funds up to the amount specified in the letter. Bank letters of guarantee are only required if you wish to pay for a vehicle with a personal or company check. To be accepted as a means of payment, it is necessary that your bank follow the template provided. Prior to an RM auction, simply select the form below that corresponds to the auction you wish to attend, have your bank prepare the letter of guarantee on their letterhead, and fax or mail the completed bank letter to our office. Alternately, you may present a bank letter to an RM client services representative onsite at an auction in the event of a successful bid. |
